RetroTeam ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy when you use the Tasbih application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

• When using Sign in with Apple: Name, email address (depending on Apple's privacy settings)
• Profile photo (if you optionally upload one)
• User ID for account identification

1.2 Usage Data

• Dhikr counts and statistics
• App usage habits and interactions
• Preferences and settings
• Feature usage analytics

1.3 Location Data

• For prayer time calculations
• For Qibla direction determination
• For finding nearby mosques

Your location data is only processed on your device or used when necessary for these features. We use coarse location (city-level) and do not track your precise movements.

1.4 Device Information

• Device identifiers for advertising purposes
• Device type and operating system version
• App version information

2. USE OF INFORMATION

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and improve App features
• Synchronize your dhikr statistics across devices
• Offer leaderboard functionality
• Provide personalized experience
• Display relevant advertisements (for free users)
• Analyze app performance and usage patterns
• Process AI Assistant queries

• Authentication (Sign in with Apple)

• Premium subscribers do not see advertisements

• Our AI Assistant feature is powered by Claude AI
• Questions you submit are processed by Anthropic's servers
• We do not permanently store your AI conversation history

4. ADVERTISING AND TRACKING

4.1 App Tracking Transparency

We comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. When you first open the app, you will be asked for permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can:

• Allow tracking for personalized advertisements
• Deny tracking to receive non-personalized advertisements
• Change your preference anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking

4.2 Advertising

Free users will see advertisements. If you prefer an ad-free experience, you can subscribe to Tasbih One Premium.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

• Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store
• We do not collect or have access to your payment information
• Subscription data (status, expiry date) is managed by Apple
• For refunds or payment issues, please contact Apple Support

6. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may only be shared:

• On the leaderboard (optional, display name only)
• With service providers who assist in app operations (Firebase, AdMob)
• When legally required by law enforcement

7. DATA SECURITY

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
• Secure cloud storage with Firebase
• Access control and authentication
• Regular security assessments

8. DATA RETENTION

• Your account data is retained until you delete your account
• When you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days
• Anonymous analytics data may be retained for statistical purposes

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our App is suitable for all ages but is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data

• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data (data portability)
