TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Tasbih application ("App") developed by RetroTeam ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. USE OF THE APP

1.1 License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2 Restrictions

You must not:

• Reverse engineer the App or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to disrupt the App or its servers
• Provide false or misleading information
• Violate others' rights
• Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others

2. USER ACCOUNTS

2.1 Registration

Some features require you to create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for your account security. Report unauthorized access immediately to support@retroteam.online.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

3.1 Premium Subscription

Tasbih One offers optional premium subscriptions with the following plans:

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App.

3.2 Premium Features

Premium subscription includes:

• Unlimited AI Assistant access (free users: 3 questions per day)
• Ad-free experience throughout the App
• Unlimited Islamic Quiz access

3.3 Payment and Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store
• We do not have access to your payment information

3.4 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price

3.5 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime:

• Go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• Select Tasbih One and choose "Cancel Subscription"
• You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period

3.6 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Or contact Apple Support directly
• Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's refund policy

3.7 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated before purchase. Unused trial periods are forfeited upon subscription purchase.

4. AI ASSISTANT

4.1 Service Description

The AI Assistant feature provides information about Islamic topics including prayers, Quran, hadith, and general religious guidance.

4.2 Disclaimer

4.3 User Responsibility

• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated information
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses
• Do not rely solely on AI for critical religious decisions

4.4 Acceptable Use

When using the AI Assistant, you must not:

• Submit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to manipulate or misuse the AI system
• Use the AI for purposes other than Islamic education and guidance

5. CONTENT

5.1 User Content

You are responsible for content you upload (profile photo, username, etc.). Do not upload content that infringes copyright or is inappropriate.

5.2 Religious Content

Religious content in the App (prayers, Quran verses, hadith, prayer times) is for informational purposes. We recommend consulting a qualified scholar for religious matters.

5.3 Quran and Hadith

Quran texts and translations are sourced from established Islamic resources. Hadith are sourced from authentic collections (Bukhari, Muslim, etc.). We strive for accuracy but recommend verification for critical matters.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App design, code, and original content are owned by the Developer. All rights reserved. Quran texts and religious content are in the public domain for religious use.

7. ADVERTISEMENTS

• Free users will see advertisements provided by Google AdMob
• Ad content is determined by Google and third-party advertisers
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
• Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience

8. DISCLAIMER

8.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8.2 Prayer Times and Qibla

Prayer time and Qibla direction calculations are approximate values based on your location. Verify from other sources for important situations, especially during Ramadan.

8.3 Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not responsible for:

• Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Actions taken based on App content or AI responses
• Third-party content or advertisements

9. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. TERMINATION

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
• Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked
• Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through Apple

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

13. APPLE'S TERMS

As this App is distributed through Apple's App Store, you also agree to Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Review Guidelines.
